Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to all applications by kysystem studio (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), including any future updates, on mobile and other supported platforms, unless a separate policy is provided for a specific app.

Information We Collect

Depending on the app and your device settings, we may process the following types of information:

• Automatically collected data for advertising — We use Google AdMob, which may collect and use device advertising identifiers and related data to show personalized or non-personalized ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud, in line with your choices and platform settings.
• Data collected by Google AdMob — AdMob may process technical and usage data such as device type, operating system, ad interactions, and approximate location (when permitted) as described in Google's policies.
• Locally stored app data — Some apps may save preferences, progress, or game-related statistics (for example, scores or levels) on your device only. This data remains on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the app.
• We do not require accounts — Our apps are designed without a mandatory login. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, or phone number for basic use of the apps, unless you choose to contact us directly (for example, by email).

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide and display advertisements through Google AdMob.
• Understand aggregate usage to maintain, secure, and improve our apps and user experience.
• Store your local preferences and in-app progress on your device where applicable.

Accounts: Our apps do not require registration, login, or sign-up to use core features. There is no member account system operated by kysystem studio for these apps in connection with this policy.

Third-Party Services

Our apps may rely on services provided by third parties, including:

• Google Play Services (on Android) — may be used for functionality such as ads, analytics, or security, subject to Google’s terms and your device settings.
• Apple App Store and Apple frameworks (on iOS) — app distribution and system services are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy and your device settings.

These providers process data under their own policies. We encourage you to review their documents.

Data Retention

Data stored only on your device (such as local game stats or settings) is removed when you uninstall the app or clear the app’s data from your device settings, unless a small amount of residual data remains until overwritten by the operating system.

Data processed by Google AdMob and other Google services is retained according to Google’s policies and your ad personalization choices. We do not control Google’s retention periods.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps. Where required, we follow practices consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar rules, including limiting data collection from child-directed services as appropriate to the app’s audience and store policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
